Above The Law

We are not under Old Testament law anymore
Jesus paid the price settling the score
Preachers still preach ten percent tithes giving today
Jesus' blood has washed that all away-

The New Testament church teaches a cheerful giver
And your prosperity God will surely deliver
Man still likes to add his rules and regulations
And all the arguing is like the united nations-

Above the law, above the law
Jesus took care of it all

Don't send your money to tv preachers today
Giving to your local church is a better way
Make sure that the cross is what they teach
And not someone's motivational or political speech-
