It took His blood to save our soul
Don't let worshiping Him grow too cold
His shed blood paid it all for us
Faith in Jesus you can always trust-

In churches today the blood has faded away
That's why the Holy Spirit doesn't stay
Without God's spiritual power all is lost
No one is saved with the cross-

We need the protection of His blood
To guard against satan's demons that'll flood
