Christmas Time

In bed snugged under the covers so tight
Listening to the Temptations' Silent Night
With the anticipation of Christmas so close
My favorite time of the year I like most-

With Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
Class songs of the holiday I will cheer
When Bing Crosby's White Christmas start to play
Makes me think of all my early Christmas days-

Christmas time, Christmas time
It is almost here
Christmas time, Christmas time
If it snows I will cheer-

There will be plenty of food to go around
My son and I under tv football will be found
It will be a joyous occasion with family time
Passing out presents no alcohol of any kind-

Remembering it's the Lord's birthday we celebrate
All the happiness and love to Him we appreciate
Let's think about others less forunate this Christmas day
As we gather in our local worship place to pray-
