Helpless

When the flood waters come under your door
You try stopping it but it start rushing more
Your home is flooded in a short period of time
All is lost and you feel like I'm not fine-

When the power goes out in your home
And you are sitting in the dark all alone
It's an happy occasional a wonderful sight
When they finally do turn back on the lights-

When we try conquering them

When we don't depend on Him-

If the light goes out in your soul
And your body starts to grow cold
Just look to the light of the cross
It's a Heavenly home welcoming all the lost-
