I'm Praying

Look what has happened to our country today
Power and greed has taken the dream away
They now anxiously give away our tax dollars
And don't like it when we give a holler-

The humanist have to have things their way
Anything of God quietly gets swept away
I believe when disaster strikes our land
That God has taken away his protective hand-

I'm praying, I'm praying
For God we take a stand

He'll watch over our homeland-

If we don't start treating people with love
Our prayers won't be answered from up above
Let's all put God back into our homeland
And pray for His protective healing hand-
