Lonely Heart

I'm here in Germany pulling duty at night
I'm a gate guard trying to focus just right
Watching over our area protecting it from harm
With a ready M-16 strapped over my arm-

You never know when a terrorist will strike
Or we going on a five mile enemy hike
It gets longly being so far away from home
But standing for freedom God helps me along-
