He was one of my favorite country singers
But his gospel music in my heart that lingers
From Peace In The Valley to Amazing Grace
When he sang the light shinned on his face-

He shared his faith throughout the land
I seen him in Germany and shook his hand
He did a lot of good to all mankind
When it came to Jesus he walked the line-
