When disaster strikes America is the first to respond
A charitable giving nation God's blessings are upon
No matter what country that it might be
We are there doing what we can for free-

A giving nation that's always ready to help
Not waiting on others to take the first step
I think the love of God in people's heart
Is a spiritual fire that ignites the spark-

I pray that we always give in need
And don't let political purposes be our greed
If we'll continue keeping God in our heart
The caring for others love will not part-
